Procurement 2-3 volunteers |
Obtain items for On-Line/Silent Approx. 2-3 hours a week (Oct, Nov, Dec, & Jan, March, May) |

Program 1-2 volunteers |
Prepare the Paper Program Approx. 20 hours month (Jan, Feb and intermittently in the months after to finalize) |
Design and create the program for the event |
Sponsorships 1-2 volunteers |
Find Event Sponsors Approx. 2 hours a week (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb,May) |

Advertisement 1-2 volunteers |

Promote Ticket Sales and On-Line Bidding Approx. 2-4 hours a week concentrated more at the beginning and closer to the auction (Oct -May) |

Classroom Projects 2-3 volunteers |
Work Classroom Parents to Prepare Projects 2-4 hours a week (November - January, March, May) |
Work with individual classroom parents to select grade appropriate classroom projects that will be auction in the on-line action |
