Call for Parent Volunteers! For the 3rd to 5th grade online zoom classes, due to the big class size, we need parent volunteers to help co-host to maintain classroom discipline. As a cohost, you need to:

  • Join Mr.Lin's zoom class right before class starts (7pm), sync with Mr. Lin and let him put you as co-host.
  • During the first 10 minutes, when there is a join request from a student, you will see a pop up window showing the student's name, and a button to approve that request. We require students to join the Zoom meeting using their full name. You can let in all students who have used full names.
  • In the next 10 minutes, please remove unregistered students from the Zoom meeting. You can check all students’ names with the name list we have shared with you through email, and remove anyone who is not in the list.
  • We do not expect and will not approve students joining 20 minutes after class starts, except that, in case any students join late because of power or internet problems, please add them into the class after checking their names.
  • Please stay in the class till class ends (8:30pm).
  • If the online class is too noisy, remind the class to mute when not talking, and only open their mic when they need to interact with Mr. Lin.

Registration - Closed

  • Math circle registration opened on Wednesday, Sept. 21st 2022 at 10:00 am, and ended on Friday, Sept.30 2022 at 12:00pm.
  • We will charge a registration fee of $95 per student. This year we don't require team name for the registration. We will gather team information when registering team-based competition(s) later. NO REFUNDS after registration.
  • Make sure to update your student teacher and grade information here and to renew your PTSA membership here prior to registration.
  • As the coaches use google classroom to distribute lesson materials, we will require your Gmail email address at registration. Please sign up for one if you don't have one here
  • Please note registration will be a 2 step process: registration and then payment.  After you submit all required information in the registration portal, we will send a separate email to your registered PTSA email addresses with a payment link. Do NOT share link. This payment link will allow you to complete payment of registration fees, purchase your Membership, and make optional donation to the PTSA Fall Fundraiser. You will move through each stage and can add the items to your cart. You should receive this email within a few minutes. If you don't, please check your spam mail or other folders under your inbox.  Please complete payment within 12 hours to secure your child's spot in the club.
